The below policy is live from 28/02/2022 this includes and is not limited to all items ordered in from our suppliers by you (the customer). Over the counter stock will not be chargeable.

Returns

 

If you need to return your goods please email info@coastlinesupplies.co.uk or phone 01202 031700

Goods Damaged On Delivery

 

If your goods arrived damaged, you are welcome to reject the goods on delivery and the driver will return them to our warehouse. Please ensure you mark the paperwork to state what items you are returning.

 

If you are unable to reject the goods, please ensure you contact us within 48 hours to notify us of the damages and we will investigate further. You will need to provide proof of the damages via email. Send any photos of damaged goods to info@coastlinesupplies.co.uk

Please note that Coastline Plumbing and Heating Supplies will not be responsible for any damages once the goods have left the address to where we delivered them.

Installation Of Faulty Products

 

If you have installed a faulty product, please email info@coastlinesupplies.co.uk. We must be notified of the fault immediately. The item must be left on site until a member of staff has notified you otherwise. The item can then be returned to us and the process starting in order to issue a refund. The refund will be issued to you (the customer) once we (Coastline Plumbing and Heating Supplies) have been credited from the manufacturer/supplier.

Cancellation / Ordering Error / Unwanted Goods

 

If you need to cancel your order or you have made a mistake on your order, please notify us at your earliest convenience. If your goods have been delivered, there will be a restocking charge to return them. A restocking charge generally applies to returns of unwanted items this will be issued to us by the supplier/manufacture and passed on to you at no extra profit.

 

Please note that unwanted items must be returned in a resalable condition, in their untouched original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the credit of any unwanted item if the packaging has been tampered with.

Shortage (Missing items) / Picking or Processing Errors

 

Should you be missing any items from your delivery, or you believe you have been sent an item in error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and a member of the team will be happy to look into this for you.

Missing Parts

Late account payments

​

Please note that all overdue debts not settled within the agreed payment terms could be passed on to over recovery agency, Redwood Collections. All debts to be recovered will acure an intrest rate of 8% per month aswell as all legal costs and fees.

Retention of goods

​

All goods taken by customers remains the property of Coastline Plumbing and Heating Supplies Ltd until payment has been recieved in full, failure to pay gives Coastline Plumbing and Heating Supplies Ltd the right to collect goods from their location. Fitted or not.
